Admit it or not—Summer is coming to an end fast. Pretty soon we’ll be hit with the cold harsh reality of winter. So why not take advantage of the warm weather and get some outdoor workouts in…while you still can.
We’re going to close out the summer with some killer workouts that you can take outside.
We’re going to kick our outdoor workouts off with some squats.
Get out and Squat
First complete ten squats, followed by ten jump squats, ten knees to chest jumps and finally ten squats on toes. Then repeat the circuit but with nine reps, then eight, seven and so on until you get to one.
Not enough for you? Once you complete the last round, go back up to 10.
